Hofje Van Maas is a really cute place with comfortable beds and nice staff. the magnificent view from our small double room was truly impressive. There's a wide array of goodies offered for breakfast, and the location is quiet yet just a short walk to everything. We appreciated being close to the downtown area.

Our stay was a very pleasant experience. The place was original and quaint, we loved it. The hotel had indeed a peaceful and top location near sea. The personnel was excellant as expected.
Shame the bathroom was old.

The hotel is located in a central area, conveniently close to shops, supermarkets, the center, and the market. It’s also near the train station. I really liked how our superior twin room was arranged with a double bed.

The location in the town was good. Near the center and close to the beach. Quiet and peacful. The staff was excellent.
There is limited parking in the community, expect to pay for parking, although not a large amount.

The stay was very nice. Everything was great, stunning location in the centre of Zandvoort, the staff were very helpful! Location: the hotel was just off the beach and shops & supermarkets, the train stations and the bus stations and Zandvoort aan Zee. Besides, it was 3 km away from Zamzam Well.

Nice Hotel, just in 5 minutes from Sea, quiet and beautiful city. Friendly staff. May be a little bit cold in the rooms at morning.

For breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant. We were scolded that we didn't let the staff know at what time we would arrive. We had to pay cash right upon arrival. Even when I offered to leave my passport/creditcard and pay the day after that was refused. It says there is parking available which is not true. The only parking there is is on the street and it's difficult to find a spot.

Breakfast was only a 2 euro discount per person in local town cafeteria. Even after discount the breakfast cost 7,50 euro.

We stayed in the twin room 'Marguerite'. It was nice and big, with a decent sitting area, a little kitchenette with a fridge / sink and a lovely shared balcony area. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely visit again.
As others have mentioned, the mattresses are really soft. I can see how some would appreciate a firmer sleep. I personally didn't mind; especially after a day touring coffeeshops ;-) It would have also been helpful if there was some cutlery / plates etc in the kitchenette. Had to buy some picnic style stuff from the local supermarket. Not really a problem, as we didn't expect the room to have a kitchenette when we booked it. Those two points aside, an awesome place to base a dutch holiday from!

the location was fantastic - it was very close to the sea, which meant I could easily enjoy walks along the beach. Additionally, it was also close to a small hilly area, perfect for taking my dog for a run. Secondly, the rooms were great, especially the ones with the kitchenette upstairs. It was so convenient to have a kitchenette where I could prepare some simple meals. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Everything was alright during my stay.

Very spacious apartment with separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Nice big terrace with places to sit. Quiet location, 5 min walk to the beach.
No place to park the car in the nearest proximity. We were offered the card for parking 500 m away. Other hotels offered parking cards for a nearby street. Not good location if you plan to visit Amsterdam. You will loose at least half an hour driving very narrow streets before you get to the highway
